Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 November 2026

1. The service

Invoiced provides software tools for invoicing, managing customers and stock, importing past invoice records, preparing reports and recording accounting activities. Some tools run entirely in your browser and can work without a continuous internet connection. Features may differ between Billing and offline Accounting Pro.

2. Your account and businesses

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and only access businesses and records you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for activities performed through your account. Do not share credentials or use someone else's business workspace without permission.

3. Accuracy and financial responsibility

You are responsible for checking invoice details, tax treatment, account mappings, opening balances, financial statements and imported records. Suggested matches, categorisations and accounting entries require human review. Invoiced does not guarantee that records are error-free, audited or compliant with every jurisdiction's accounting and tax rules.

4. Payments and bank records

Recording an invoice as paid, generating a payment QR code or matching a bank CSV line does not independently prove receipt of money. You must verify actual bank credits, refunds and settlement records. Invoiced does not move funds and does not provide automatic bank feeds unless a separately disclosed integration is enabled.

5. Offline data and backups

Certain accounting journals, bank imports and supporting documents may be stored only on the device and browser used to create them. Browser storage can be cleared or lost. Export backups regularly, protect downloaded files and do not assume that an accounting backup contains attachment file contents. Billing workspace cloud-save status should be checked before moving to another device.

6. Use of content and records

Your business records remain yours. You permit Invoiced and its service providers to process records only as necessary to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, malicious software or content that violates applicable laws.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a dependable product, but service interruptions, device failures and software errors can occur. We may modify features to improve security, quality or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through an appropriate product notice where required.

8. Plans, charges and cancellation

Any paid plan will display its price, billing cycle, included features and applicable taxes before a purchase is confirmed. Refund and cancellation terms, where paid subscriptions are offered, will be presented at checkout. No automatic subscription charge should be inferred from free workspace access.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Invoiced is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular financial result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

10. Contact
